Invoice data from a folder — straight into a spreadsheet

The scenario takes PDF invoices from a folder in Google Drive, reads them with PDFco Api and appends vendor, amount and dates as rows in Google Sheets.

  • Not a single number to retype
  • Vendor, amount and dates are read automatically
  • A repeat invoice updates its row instead of duplicating
  • The link to the original file stays in Google Sheets
