Client visit reminders — from your calendar to the whole team

The scenario watches your calendar, spots client visits and warns everyone involved in advance — with a direct message and a company-wide notice on the day.

  • The team hears about the visit a day ahead, not five minutes before
  • Every attendee gets a personal reminder
  • A morning announcement means the room and the welcome are ready
  • A send log means nobody gets the same reminder twice
