How it works

To pass leads from asproCloud to Web Form automatically, use a ready-made scenario — no manual copying, no lost leads.

1. Starts when: Triggers workflow from job search form
2. Then: Formats form input for Bright Data Indeed API1
3. Then: Triggers job scraping on LinkedIn via Bright Data
4. Then: Checks if LinkedIn scraping is completed
5. Check: IF node: Is LinkedIn data ready?
6. If yes: Checks if any LinkedIn job records exist
7. If yes: Fetches scraped LinkedIn data using snapshot ID
8. Check: Combines Indeed + LinkedIn job results
9. Then: Saves final job list to Google Sheet
10. If no: Waits before rechecking LinkedIn scraping
11. Then: Triggers job scraping on Indeed via Bright Data
12. Then: Checks if Bright Data has completed Indeed scraping
13. Check: IF node: Is Indeed data ready?
14. If yes: Checks if any Indeed job records exist
15. If yes: Fetches scraped Indeed data using snapshot ID
16. If no: Pauses for 1 minute if data is not yet ready
