Completed tasks marked in the second list

When a task is closed in one list, the scenario marks it done in the second too.

• Completed tasks in microsoftToDo are checked on a schedule
• The record is marked done in Azure Cosmos DB
• The lists stay in agreement
• No closing tasks twice
