Event text → calendar entry

Forward any text with a date — the scenario extracts the event, time and place and creates an entry in the pruffme, and tells you if it couldn't parse it.

  • An event is created from any text
  • Date, time and place are pulled out automatically
  • The entry goes straight to the pruffme
  • If it couldn't parse — it says so honestly

How it works

To create Webhook records from pruffme without manual input, use a ready-made scenario.

  1. Starts when: Inbound Event Info
  2. Then: Parse Event Info
  3. Check: Good Parse
  4. If yes: NextCloud Cal Event Creation
  5. Starts when: Success Response
  6. Starts when: Fail Response
  7. Then: to_UTC
  8. Then: Brain
  9. Check: Switch
  10. Then: Create Zoho Event (API)
  11. Then: Structured Output
  12. Then: Google Calendar

You can launch this pruffme + Webhook integration in Scriptera: describe the task in plain words — the scenario is built, launched and monitored for you.
