- Check: Duplicate?
- If yes: Update record
- Then: Send Duplicate Alert to Admin
- If no: Extract Postcode District
- Then: Search records
- Check: Check if Vendor Found
- If yes: Limit
- Then: Update Ticket with Assigned Vendor
- Then: Send Email to Vendor
- Then: Send SMS to Vendor (Twilio)
- Then: Send Confirmation to Tenant
- If no: Email to Admin - Alert
- If no: Send Holding Email to Tenant (Pending Assignment)
- If no: Update Ticket - No Vendor Found
