Outdated posts to drafts — automatically each quarter

Once a quarter the scenario finds long-stale posts in avito, moves them from published to drafts and sends a list of what it moved to Microsoft Outlook.

Old posts are pulled automatically, quarterly
Posts go to drafts, not deleted
A report with the list arrives at Microsoft Outlook
The site isn't cluttered with stale content
