Outdated posts to drafts — automatically each quarter
Once a quarter the scenario finds long-stale posts in Google Business Profile, moves them from published to drafts and sends a list of what it moved to Gmail.
- Old posts are pulled automatically, quarterly
- Posts go to drafts, not deleted
- A report with the list arrives at Gmail
- The site isn't cluttered with stale content
