  2. Then: Extract Incident ID from Response
  3. Then: Search For Incident in ServiceNow
  4. Check: Parse ServiceNow Response
  5. If yes: Notify User of Error with ServiceNow
  6. If no: Notify User no Incident was Found
  7. If no: Send Incident Details to Slack
