- If yes: Calculate SLA Time Remaining
- Then: Prepare Escalation Payload
- Then: Update Zendesk: Warning Priority
- Check: If ≥ 90% (Escalate)1
- If yes: Update Zendesk: Escalate (90%+)
- Check: If ≥ 75% (Warn)1
- If yes: Alert Slack: SLA Warning
- Then: Prepare Compliance Log1
- Then: Log to Google Sheets
- If no: Notify: No Open Tickets
