Stale listing reminders — emailed to the owner

Every weekday the scenario checks the listings in Microsoft Excel 365, works out when each was last updated and emails the owner from enkod if it's gone stale.

  • The listing's age is computed from the page itself
  • The email goes only to the person responsible
  • No reminders at the weekend
  • Broken rows in the table get logged

How it works

To get Microsoft Excel 365 notifications in enkod, you don't need a developer: a ready-made scenario watches events and sends messages for you.

  1. Starts when: Schedule Trigger
  2. Then: configuration sheet
  3. Then: Fetch Job URLs
  4. Check: Filter Invalid Rows
  5. If yes: Check Weekend
  6. Check: Weekend Filter
  7. If yes: Wait Before HTTP
  8. Then: HTTP Request
  9. Then: configure mapping
  10. Then: calculate Age
  11. Check: Is Age ≥ THRESHOLD_DAYS?
  12. If yes: Gmail
  13. If no: Log weekend skip
  14. If no: Log Invalid Rows

You can launch this Microsoft Excel 365 + enkod integration in Scriptera: describe the task in plain words — the scenario is built, launched and monitored for you.
