How it works

To keep Gumroad and HaloPSA in sync, connect them with a ready-made scenario — changes flow automatically.

  1. Starts when: On order updated
  2. Then: Find if order already has a ticket in Zendesk
  3. Then: Keep only ticket Id
  4. Check: Add ticket info to order data
  5. Check: Order exists in Zendesk
  6. If no: Create new ticket for new orders
