  2. Then: Get 5 Minute Ago Timestamp
  3. Then: Get Incidents from ServiceNow
  4. Check: Check if New Incidents
  5. If yes: Sort Incidents in Ascending Order
  6. Then: Post Incident Details to Slack Channel
  7. Then: Post Error Message if Error with ServiceNow
  8. Starts when: Run Every 5 Minutes
