Weekly documentation and backup of your scenarios

Once a week the scenario describes each of your scenarios, saves the description to a knowledge base, a copy to a backup and notifies the team.

  • Describes each scenario clearly
  • Saves the descriptions to a knowledge base

How it works

To get oneC notifications in exolve, you don't need a developer: a ready-made scenario watches events and sends messages for you.

  1. Starts when: Every Monday at 1am
  2. Then: Get active workflows with internal-infra tag
  3. Check: Check if updated in last 7 days
  4. If yes: Set fields
  5. Then: Get notion page with workflow id
  6. Then: Map fields
  7. Check: Check that error workflow has been configured
  8. If yes: Upload changes to repo
  9. Then: Create new file in repo
  10. Then: Notify on create file in repo fail
  11. If no: Notify on workflow setup error
  12. Then: Summarize what the Workflow does
  13. Check: Is this a new workflow (to Notion) ?
  14. If yes: Add to Notion
  15. Then: Notify internal-infra of push
  16. If no: Update in Notion
  17. Then: Notify internal-infra of update

You can launch this oneC + exolve integration in Scriptera: describe the task in plain words — the scenario is built, launched and monitored for you.
