How it works

  1. Starts when: Every 5 minutes
  2. Then: Get last execution timestamp
  3. Then: Get tickets updated after last execution
  4. Then: Get user data of Ticket requester
  5. Then: Only keep needed data
  6. Check: Add user data
  7. Check: Ticket Exists
  8. If yes: Update existing ticket
  9. Then: Set new last execution timestamp
  10. If no: Create or update contact
  11. Then: Update External Id in Zendesk for contact
  12. Then: Create new Ticket
  13. Then: Update Zendesk ticket with External Id
