  8. Check: Add Pipedrive agent data to pipedrive contact information
  9. Check: Add contact owner to ticket data
  10. Check: Contact exists in Pipedrive
  11. If yes: Change assignee to Pipedrive contact owner
  12. Then: Set new last execution timestamp
  13. If no: Add a note requester not found
  14. Then: Get requester information
  15. Then: Keep only needed requester information
  16. Then: Get agents and admins
  17. Then: Keep only email and Id
